FAQ · Finsbury Park 1-3/10
Here are the clearest answers to the questions guests ask most about tickets, arrival, food, drinks, seating and the Oktoberfest atmosphere.
Tickets and bookings
Book online through the ticket page. After purchase, your e-ticket is sent by email. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy so it can be scanned at the entrance.
Door tickets may be available if the session is not sold out, but we strongly recommend booking online in advance. Popular sessions can sell out.
Yes. Some sessions sell out, especially evenings and larger group bookings. Booking early is the best way to secure your place.
Book under the same name or surname where possible. If people book separately, contact us with the booking IDs and we will do our best to seat the group together.
Yes, subject to availability. Book the extra tickets under the same name where possible, or send us the booking IDs so we can try to keep everyone together.
Groups with different ticket types are usually seated in the lowest ticket area in the group, unless everyone upgrades to the same higher ticket type. Contact us if you need help before booking.
Online tickets can be paid for by card. At the event, all major payment cards are accepted except American Express.
Check the ticket page for the latest ticket options, including student tickets when available. Deal partner tickets are sometimes offered separately, but questions about those bookings must go through the partner you bought from.

Food, drink and atmosphere
Expect a Bavarian beer tent atmosphere with long tables, German food, Bavarian FestBeer, live music, singing and a crowd ready to celebrate together.
We serve specially brewed Bavarian-style FestBeer. Some ticket packages include beer by the Mass, and other drinks are available at the event.
Yes. There are non-beer options, including wine, cider, soft drinks and Underberg. Availability can vary by session.
Oktoberfest favourites include Brezel, Bratwurst and Schnitzel. Some ticket packages include food, while other guests can buy food inside the tent.
Vegetarian options are usually available. Ask the team at the food area when you arrive, especially if you need to swap an included Bratwurst for a vegetarian option.
The music is a lively mix of German Oktoberfest songs, Oompah, Schlager and party classics that get the whole tent singing.
A few classics help: Ein Prosit der Gemuetlichkeit, Fliegerlied, Anton aus Tyrol and Cowboy und Indianer. Do not worry if you do not know them; the tent will carry you along.
Dress, groups and help
No, dressing up is not required. Lederhosen and Dirndl are very welcome though, and they make the night feel even more like Oktoberfest.
A souvenir shop may offer clothing and accessories at the event, subject to availability. For the best choice and fit, we recommend ordering before the event from our partner shop.
Yes, the souvenir shop usually sells Oktoberfest items such as mugs, hats, wigs and other festive accessories, subject to availability.
